Mike Mabuni, owner of Hawaii Exterior Cleaning Pros, did a fabulous job cleaning our Hamakua Coast house and garage from top to bottom – metal roofs, gutters, exterior cedar siding, windows, ipe porch and deck. Since we are in a humid/wet environment and surrounded by large trees, a sticky mold accumulated over the past few years, covering the exterior of the entire house and garage; in a matter of three days, Mike was able to return all walls and roofs to ‘as-new’ condition. He is a perfectionist, so you can count on even the smallest details being attended to. Before starting work, we were presented with a well-organized estimate, defining the work scope and a cost breakdown; all work was completed per the estimate, with no overages. Mike takes the time to listen carefully to the homeowner’s concerns and precautions; he works tirelessly from the time he arrives (always on time) until he leaves (no breaks). We are so pleased with the outcome, that we plan to re-engage Mike’s Exterior Cleaning Pros on an ongoing basis.
